Set Chart Range with VBA

Hi,

I'm trying to set a range for a chart with the following:

Sheets("Sheet4").Charts("Chart4").SetSourceData Source:=ChtRange

but get an "object does not support this property or method"

What am I doing wrong (ChtRange is correct)

I guess you want:

Sheets("Sheet4").ChartObjects("Chart4").Chart.SetSourceData Source:=ChtRange

Works for me.

This is what I did:
- in sheet Sheet4 I inserted an empty chart
- renamed the chartobject to Chart4
- declared ChtRange as a Range and initialised it
- ran the code


Maybe if you post more information we can understand what's happening.
