Set form to full screen (not full "excel frame")

HELLO,
THIS COD SET A FORM TO FULL OF "EXCEL FRAME":

BUT I WANT TO SET IT TO "FULL SCREEN" (FIT TO SCREEN)
WHAT CAN I DO?
