setting a constant in a formula

dear all,

I have the following the following formula

=IF(AJ3>FORMULAS!$D2,"Yes","No")

I wish to be able to drag this down in my spreadsheet, where $D2 remains a constant. the other value (AJ3 can increment by 1 per line .

Any help please

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.

Excel Formula:
=IF(AJ3>FORMULAS!$D$2,"Yes","No")
