Setting a path

I have a userform that will be used by multiple users. I'd like to set it up so that when the user chooses their team # it pulls that number team tracker and accesses the team roster. Here is the path TXfs02/Team Trackers. The roster is located on 'tenure' tab column D starting at D4.

Also once it access the roster depending on which name on the roster is chosen it then accesses that file name and places the appropriate data.
