Setting Table Width for Embedding in Word

I am embedding multiple excel tables into Microsoft Word through the Paste Special function. The tables are looking great.

Is there a way to set the width of the tables in excel? I would like them to fit the parameters of my word document.

I can change the width of columns individually. But I am hoping to select a range of cells and set the width for that range.

Possible?
