Settings - Spreadsheet to always open on Sheet 1?

Can anyone help with a further query please?

I am creating a spreadsheet which will be accessed by various users (but not at the same time).

When a one user saves the spreadsheet and the next user opens it, it automatically reopens on the worksheet and cell reference that the last user left it on.

I would like the spreadsheet to always open at the same point (ie Sheet 1, Cell A1).

Short of training all the users to return to sheet 1 before saving, or creating a macro which saves and closes the file when a button is pushed, is there a way of adjusting the settings - neither of which are foolproof - so that every time the file is opened it opens on a specific cell?

Thanks

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
In the ThisWorkBook module, use the Open event and include this code
Code:
Sheet1.Activate
Range("$A$1").Select
