Shading Cells

Hi All
I would like to to add a colour coding feature to certain cells, whereby if the value in it is less than 95%, the cell would become shaded.
How do i do this.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Try conditional formatting.
Format>>Conditional formatting>>Select "Cell Value Is" from first drop down list>>Select "less than" from second drop down list>>type 0.95 in text field>>select you desired format
