Shading every 2 rows

ok I know how to shade every other row

=MOD(ROW(),2)=0

that I want to do is shade 2 rows on 2 rows off I tried manipulating this formula but could not get anything to work.

Note: This formula, as written, requires you to start on an odd row number.
