The standard shape and color of the lines highlighting a cell are black and straight. How can I change the color or line thickness of that highlight line so that it sticks REALLY out on a spreadsheet?

Right click on the cell in question,
Select format cells,
Select border tab,
Choose a line style and a colour of your choice,
Finally click on outlne.
Thanks Sparky, but this is not what I intend. What I intend is that the black lines that move around with each cell selection (for example with the arrow keys)get different color and thickness.
