Share a Macro to action on a system report?

We run a weekly report from our client system. It is a CSV file that I run th macro on and save as a macro enabled workbook.
The output contains more information than we need to give them, an it is not arranged in the way that they can upload it to their system. (Currently we cannot change this nor specify system fields without the programmer constructing the report for us)

I have a macro that I can use when I run the report, but my colleagues need to be able to do this when I am off or working on other tasks.

How can I share the macro with them when the workbook that it is to be used in is a CSV file from our system?
Is the only way to copy the code to word and have them save it as their own Macro?

Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
