Is it possible for a specific user to be the only person who can view a specific sheet? This user is new to Excel, so I'm trying to stay away from Hide/Unhide if possible.

I also had an unrelated question, but deals with the same file.

There are two sheets: Data and Summary. All edits are done in Data. Summary is all formula-based.

When they delete a row in Data, it gives a reference error in the corresponding Summary row:

=IF(Data!#REF!<>"",Data!#REF!,Data!#REF!)

I've recommended that the user clears the data (rather than deleting the entire row) in Data, but this still leaves a blank row in Summary. Is there a more elegant solution?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
