A friend of mine created a contact list on Excel and shared it with multiple people thru OneDrive. While most of the users have edit rights, but she also wants to share the same file with another few people who can only view the content but cannot make changes. It seems like the group of friends who was not given edit rights can only see the content that was entered before the file was shared to them. Is there anyway she can allow the 2nd group of people see the live update?
