Shared Workbook from Template

Hello,

Not sure if this is possible, but what I am trying to do is set up a template, that when a new workbook is created from this template, that workbook is shared. My employees open a new document each day to record a lot of data but I would like to be making changes on that document at the same time on different tabs.
