I have recently upgraded to Office 365, and have noticed that I cannot share any newly created spreadsheets anymore as the function is now greyed out. Is there a way round this? I do not want to use Drop Box or One Drive, as the file will be used by multiple users and it has macros too, to which I do not believe will work on One Drive or Drop Box for example.

Is there a way to share a file (on a shared folder) for multiple users to access and still have the ability to use the macros?

Thank you.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
You should still be able to add the 'Share Workbook - Legacy' button to the ribbon.
