Hello. I am copying a range of data from one tab. (1st tab)
There maybe some blank rows of data in the range. (1st tab)
I then copy and paste special that range of data as values only into another tab. (2nd tab)
When I sort the 2nd tab and then hit Shift Ctrl Down Arrow it grabs more rows that the displayed data.
There is no character / formula, etc.. in the blank rows even thou the shift ctrl down arrow grabs it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi,
It's by design.
Save workbook to shrink used range
Or use this macro:
VBA Code:
Sub ResetUsedRange()
  ActiveSheet.UsedRange
End Sub
