I have a spreadsheet with 10 columns but the rows could be in the 1000's..............once I highlight the ten columns, is there a fast way to capture the data in all of the rows without having to mouse down to the bottom row?

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
