Short Keys to Change Font size & Font Type

Hi Guys,

This is Nitin, Everyday I am geting many reports from my various branches. I need to compile these in one file for making presentable MIS but format for the files which I am getting is always different Speacially Fonts.
Hence if any body can telll me if there is any Shortcut Key to Increase or Decrease the Font Size as well as Font Type.

as far as font size is concerened that can be inc/dec by ctrl+[ and ctrl+]... may be someone else can tell u for changing the font

Press Ctrl + 1 --> click on the Font tab and change the font
