Is there an easier way to write this without getting an error, I have several hunderd of these in my workbook and it is veeerry sloooww?

=IF(ISERROR(SUMIF('Jan Data In'!\$B\$4:\$B\$4055,\$B8,'Jan Data In'!T\$4:T\$4055)/COUNTIF('Jan Data In'!\$B\$4:\$B\$4055,\$B8))," ",SUMIF('Jan Data In'!\$B\$4:\$B\$4055,\$B8,'Jan Data In'!T\$4:T\$4055)/COUNTIF('Jan Data In'!\$B\$4:\$B\$4055,\$B8))

One question, how do I limit the decimal to 2 places?
