Show access form

I have a form that I created in Access that shows a report in an ActiveX control box. When I run it in Access everything works as I would expect.

I now want to allow users to run this form. They do not have Access but do have the Access viewer installed. How do I get the form published so that they can use it? This is probably something I should have asked before spending so many hours creating this form.
