Is there a way to show cell comment without move mouse over the cell like a keyboard shortcut or vba code?

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Alt RTS will toggle show/hide notes(comments)
and Alt RH1 will toggle the new style comments

Solution
Thanks Fluff.
Based on those shorcuts I recorded a macro and edit to this:
VBA Code:
With ActiveCell.Comment
    .Visible = True
    Application.Wait Now + TimeValue("0:00:05")
    .Visible = False
End With
It's a work around.

If you only want to show a note in the active cell use
Alt RTO
