show contents of form list box in cell

is there any way that i can show what was chosen in a form list box in a a cell???

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

sorry not sure if i made that clear enough.. i just re-read it and it didnt seem to make sense to me

if i select on something in a list box that i made with forms can i have that selection appear in a1
