Hi All

I am attempting to create a mark entry spreadsheet in which I will select the class, the term and the skill from drop down boxes. Based on these selections I would like Excel to display the class names in one column from a named range (Lets say "7XL3") and then data input boxes for Autumn Listening. Therefore I would like something similar to what is shown in the image below but that actually functions. I cannot work out how to show the entire named range only for example one of the options.

any help as to how to create this would be really useful!

Thanks

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Hello! I suspect that you might want to do multiple things here, but I will begin with what I take is your main concern: to get the values from your named ranges into dropdowns on a userform.

For each field you'd like a dropdown selection, place a combobox control on the form. In the RowSource property, type in the named range. I created a workbook with your example fields and am attaching an illustration. I used the named ranges "lstClass", "lstTerm", and "lstSkill". One caveat, though, is if you add more elements to any category, make sure that you update the named range to include the new items.

Please let me know if you have any issues or questions.
