show non NA() in drop menu

hello

im having trouble showing only NON --> #N/A

so basically here is my range

Joe
#N/A
#N/A
Fred
#N/A
#N/A

so how can in my drop down show only Joe and Fred?

Can someone pls help!

It might be better to address the problems causing the #N/A error. If we can return a blank instead, we can filter out the blank records.
