Hi ,

I am trying to create a formula column which shows how many days members of staff have worked in a row.

A B C
Name Date Number of days in a row

J Bloggs 01/12/18 3
J Bloggs 02/12/18 3
J Bloggs 03/12/18 3
A Smith 01/12/18 2
A Smith 02/12/18 2
A Smith 05/12/18 1
A Smith 08/12/18 1

Is there an easy way of doing this as I'm struggling to find a formula which works.
