Is this possible.

I have a number that can change very time eg 0.00001234
Then I have a lot of numbers 0.0000001, 0.0000002, 0.00000004, 0.00000008, 0.00000016 (goes up by double each time.

I need that if the number on top (0.00001234) is about 100 less (0.00001134) or 100 (0.00001334) more, it must show that number in a color

is this possible

### Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Testing it

I have installed office 2019 pro, when I type this in

=AND(B4>=\$A\$2-0.00001,B4<=\$A\$2+0.00001)

Then it gives me a error (see screenshot)

Then I have done this

'=AND(B4>=\$A\$2-0.00001,B4<=\$A\$2+0.00001)

but is not working

Change the decimal separators to a comma & the comma to your normal formula separator.

What do you normally use inside a formula to separate the arguments?
Maybe a semi-colon?

Try
=AND(B4>=\$A\$2-0,00001;B4<=\$A\$2+0,00001)
If that doesn't work, try Peter's formula in post#6
If that doesn't work, please answer my question in post#16
