show numbers on the Indian map

Dear Expert,

i have numbers state-wise of India Country, now I want to show that number on Indian Map state wise.
the number maximum 4 digits,

is there any way to do it in excel?

What version of Excel are you using? If you're using 365, then yes, it is quite easy. You have your data table already, highlight it & select Insert / Maps. It will detect that you are looking for a map of India based on the States in your list, and the data will appear on the map.

Using 365 version,

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
