Show percentage data labels on 100% Stacked Column chart

I know this has been a topic previously but I have not gotten satisfactory results.

My user has a 100% Stacked Column chart. His data labels are the series values but he wants to show the precentage of each item. I have not been able to make this work using a second column with the percentages. He also wants to have the data table showing the series values. I don't know if it is possible to show both percentages and values on a stacked chart.

I have tried to run the HTMLMaker 2.42 but I keep getting an "Error Referencing [VBIDE - VBE6EXT.OLB] Error Number:=91. You mayhave to manually set a reference to the [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.OLB]".

Can someone help with either or both of these issues?
