Show photo in worksheet.

In a worksheet what is the best or easiest way to show a photo in that same worksheet.
I currently have a hyperlink which opens the photo in picture manager etc. But looking to have it open in the same screen with the worksheet shown behind it.
Photos are all .jpg

Thanks.that give me an idea of inserting a picture in the cell comment.
I have don this now and works better for me.

One downside to this is that i cant see how to position the photo where i would like it.
I also have a freeze panes in place and some of my photo passes over this frozen line, hence if you scroll you loose that part of the photo.

If i can somehow anchor where i want the photo,which is above this freeze pane line then problem solved.

But how do you place / anchor the photo where i would like it ?
