Show the time in 4 time zones - HELP

Help, I thought this would be really easy but can't figure it out.

I want to show the current time in 4 time zones (cells A1, B1, C1 and D1). I though of using =NOW() then in B1 = A1+"06:00" which works if I've manually types the time in A1. Using the =NOW() function includes the date so I can't do it this way. Please help
