# Show total on next column

I have put a section of data below, I don't know why it appears a bit skew but it should give you the gist.
The last 2 columns are L & V as there are hidden columns between. If you can see where the name is duplicated the last box in the last column (V) gives a total for that person from the data in column L.
On the next column I need a formula that will provide the total for the person, so if an individual has 1 entry the total will be there, if a person has more than on entry say 2,3 or 4 then it will just show this on the last line.

For example KS7536 Sarasa will only have the figure 27.25 on the next column where as KS7801 Malkit will only have 14.5 and KS8283 Tarlochan will still have 31.75 and so on.

Is there a formula to do this?

 KS7801 Malkit Singh SW - ******* 6.25 6.25 KS7801 Malkit Singh SW - Packing 8.25 14.5 KS8283 Tarlochan Singh SW - Packing 31.75 31.75 KS7536 Sarasa Sivasubramaniam SW - Cartoning 12.5 12.5 KS7536 Sarasa Sivasubramaniam SW - Packing 4 16.5 KS7536 Sarasa Sivasubramaniam SW - Packing 7.75 11.75 KS7536 Sarasa Sivasubramaniam SW - Packing 3 27.25 KS5904 Blandino De Sousa SW - Packing 35.75 35.75 KS8084 Kalbe Hussain Syed SW - ******* 8.75 8.75 KS8084 Kalbe Hussain Syed SW - Cartoning 4 12.75
<colgroup><col width="83" style="width: 62pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 2360;"> <col width="125" style="width: 94pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 3555;" span="2"> <col width="80" style="width: 60pt;" span="3"> <tbody> </tbody>

Thanks for that, I figured something out already but that for replying.

I used the formula below to look at the totals column and got rid of my other columns for working out

=IF((A2=A3),"",SUM(L\$2:L2)-SUM(M\$1:M1))

Cool
