Show value for filter field selection in pivot chart, not button (column) name

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, I could not seem to find the information that I need.

Running Excel 2013 on Win 10

I have a pivot chart which is showing the Report Filter Field buttons with the names of the columns (I have renamed the Source for each to Custom names). I would like to see the value of the selection of those filters instead of the Custom field name. For example, if one of the filter field buttons is Year (selection options: 2015, 2016, 2017) and I select 2015 I would like this information (Year = 2015) to display either in the button or somewhere else in the chart. I realize this could be a problem if there are many many selection options for each field, but in my case there should only be one or two selections at a time so space should not be a problem.

Thanks,
Austin
