Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Umm, where? In the code for the UserForm or for the TextBox? I've tried both to no avail.

It could be anywhere depending on what you're trying to do. If you're trying to add items at runtime, try the UserForm_Initialize() event.
