I have a worksheet containing data from over 200 schools. On a separate worksheet I would like to be able to show the data from a particular school based on selecting the name of the school in a drop down menu.

I know how to create the drop down menu using data validation (I am using Excel 2003) but do not know how to make the data show up based on the selected school name. In the past I have used the AutoFilter option to do this but would like to create a more visually appealing way of showing the data on a separate worksheet.

Not sure if I am explaining this clearly enough.....
