Showing % on X Axis of Graph

I have a graph showing the values in the Y axis of my graph. When I move my cursor over the X axis I can see the percentages on the screen, but I would like to show percentages on the X axis.

It would be appreciated if someone could assist me. I doon't know how to paste my graph on the site to show you what I want.

I have however shown an example of my raw data below

I doon't know how to paste my graph on the site to show you what I want.

The picture of the data didn't help much. Can you describe your chart in words? That is, what type chart is it, which data in your table is plotted as X and as Y in the chart, etc.?
