showing Pop up a table/ window popup that contain all the list of trainee who reached their due date

hello, so i want to ask bout how to make a popup table or popup window, that contain all the data about the trainee when when their due date has reaached/exceeded their limit, also im using conditional formatting to label the due date as red.
