showing the grid lines after change the cell color

Hi
How can I get excel to show grid lines after changing the cell background color. I thought it is not possible but after I paste my excel sheet in another post using XL2BB, I saw XL2BB put back the grid lines after changing the cell color, see below please

you can use the border setting
ALL Borders
Or go for more options and you can choose the grey colour to match
you can see from this image
