what do the 0's at the end of this formula mean?
=SUM(IF($C$2:$C$4403=$A4406,IF($B$2:$B$4403=B$4405,1,0),0))

Hi,

The 0's at the end of the formula what you would like returned if the retults of the tests the IF()'s are FALSE.

They mean return zero of your first test fails. Without the zeroes FALSE would be returned if the test fails.

The syntax is:

=IF(condition,result_if_True,result_if_False)

If you omit the third (else) argument the function returns a default FALSE.
