silly forum question - howto copy/paste a section of a spreadsheet here to look good

I have seen several posts that include snippets of worksheets. I have failed at copy/paste directly into this text block, I have also attempt using [ code ] flags to no luck, please educate me.

Download the XL2BB addin to enable posting of sections of worksheets....see my tag for the link....or it's at the end of the reply window in a green box !!

The other option is to upload your file to a hosting site, Dropbox for instance, then post the link back here !
