hmm, i have a problem. i have a userform with a text box named 'vId'
when the form initialises i would like the vid to be given a value from an excel sheet.
the code so far:

Dim vId As Integer, shtView As Worksheet
Set shtView = Application.Workbooks("system.xls").Worksheets("view")

i just need the bit of the code to change the vId value... to the cell a1
everything i try throws an error!

help is appreciated with this :)
