I have a form that contains general received, completed etc data that is entered by staff.

I need to create a box that you select that updates the current data and allows you to enter new data. I need this to update to the table that sits behind the form. I know this is an easy question, but all I need is some simple code!!

Thanks,

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Paulie,
I don't understand what you are asking here. You want a "box?" that is selected to update the current data, then "clears?" the input fields to allow new data to be keyed?

I think what you are asking for would be a "button" that would accept all the data just keyed, then present you with a new record ready for new data. If that is what you need, then, using the Button Wizard, create a new button that will "Save" the record, then advance to the next record which is a new record, therefore a form with blank fields.
