Simple Chart

Sorry, my drawing isnt great, but I have the following data set as demonstrated in the humble image. and using that data set, I want to make a chart out of it (again as demonstarted badly!).

I will be happy if someone can give me a hand with that

Well I can't see the picture in this post, and I can see a URL when I hover over the thread in the thread list, but that URL doesn't seem to go anywhere (for me).
