Hello all again!

I'd like to copy a row based on a list drop down. So, in this case

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 386pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=513><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 148pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 7204" width=197><COL style="WIDTH: 119pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5778" span=2 width=158><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 148pt; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 height=20 width=197>A</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 width=158>B</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 width=158>C</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE style="WIDTH: 386pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=513><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 148pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 7204" width=197><COL style="WIDTH: 119pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5778" span=2 width=158><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 148pt; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl64 height=20 width=197>Employee</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl64 width=158>Supervisor</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl64 width=158>Manager</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><TABLE style="WIDTH: 386pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=513><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 148pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 7204" width=197><COL style="WIDTH: 119pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5778" span=2 width=158><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 148pt; HEIGHT: 15pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 height=20 width=197>Drop down (already working in A2)</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 width=158>I'd like this to auto fill (B2)</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #ece9d8; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ccccff; WIDTH: 119pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8" class=xl65 width=158>I'd like this to auto fill
(C2)
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

I have a reference table in another table (which expands)...

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 273pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=363><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 104pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 5046" width=138><COL style="WIDTH: 90pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 4388" width=120><COL style="WIDTH: 79pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 3840" width=105><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 1.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 104pt; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #4f81bd; HEIGHT: 15pt; COLOR: white; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 700; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #4F81BD none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" height=20 width=138>Employee (drop down reference) (E1)</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 1.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 90pt; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #4f81bd; COLOR: white; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 700; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #4F81BD none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" width=120>Supervisor (F1)</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 1.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; WIDTH: 79pt; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #4f81bd; COLOR: white; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 700; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #4F81BD none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" width=105>Manager (G1)</TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15.75pt" height=21><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; HEIGHT: 15.75pt; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl65 height=21>Peter</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl65>Huey</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none"></TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15.75pt" height=21><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BACKGROUND: #dbe5f1; HEIGHT: 15.75pt; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #DBE5F1 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl65 height=21>Paul</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BACKGROUND: #dbe5f1; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #DBE5F1 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl65>Dewey</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #dbe5f1; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #DBE5F1 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none"></TD></TR><TR style="HEIGHT: 15.75pt" height=21><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; HEIGHT: 15.75pt; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl66 height=21>Mary</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 12pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: white 0.5pt solid; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none" class=xl65>Louis</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: white 0.5pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: #ece9d8; FONT-FAMILY: Calibri; BACKGROUND: #b8cce4; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 11pt; BORDER-TOP: #ece9d8; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; BORDER-RIGHT: #ece9d8; TEXT-DECORATION: none; mso-pattern: #B8CCE4 none; text-underline-style: none; text-line-through: none"></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

So what formula do I use in B2?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Try like this assuming that your lookup table is on Sheet2

=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!A2:B100,2,FALSE)
