Simple email using VBA

what is the code to create and send and email from an excel based module?

everything i find online show how to attach worksheet, workbook etc. this is not necessary

all i wnat is to open my defualt mail, send to one person ("testemail@email.com"), subject "your data is ready" and then have the body contain a string "strDuration".
