Hi All,

I'm wondering if in Excel 2003 if there is a way to use the Format Painter that allows you to keep clicking the items you want to format. I have goofed around with different keystrokes, but have not been able to find a method for this.

Thanks for the help.

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Hi,

Copy a cell that has the desired format; then whilst holding the control button select all the ranges that you need to copy the format to - Right Click - PasteSpecial - Formats

Perfect. I never would have used copy thinking that it would take the value stored in the cell as well.

Thanks for the help.

Actually, you CAN use the Format Paintbrush. When you select it, simply use a DoubleClick instead of a single click. It will now remain active until you re-click it.
