Simple Formula .... I Think?

Hi Guys,

My current formula is

=IF(R146=0,"",IF(R146>0,R146,IF(R146="","-",)))

I am looking to print "" if cells R144 and R146 are set at 0 otherwise print contents of cell R146

Hope this makes sense

Do you understand my previous solution and/or did you do effort to understand it?
What you now ask is almost the same formula, only changing some cell references.
