i have 5 lists of 5 items, C5:C9, C12:C17 etc.
it is possile that only one of those cells are occupied with data...

i would like to make a formula that will send these 5 cells to another workbook only if they are occupied

scenario:
C5 - 1
C6 - nothing
C7 - nothing
C8 - 3
C9 - nothing

they new list would look like this:
1
3
etc.
but i would still like to keep the option open that if in the future these cells do become occupied then they will be included automatically...

thanks in advance

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Put a header on your data list, define a named range for it, and use the Data | Get External Data | New Database Query... menu command to write a query that returns the data to your "other" workbook.
