I just need code for a macro to do the following. I need it to delete all values from L11:L132 through IV11:IV132.

Also I want the macro to run if I change the input of cell G4. So if cell G4 changes I want the macro to automatically run. Any help is appreciated.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
This will do what you are asking.
Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    If Target.Address = "$G$4" Then
        Range("L11:IV132").Clear
    End If
End Sub
Right click sheet tab
Click "View Code"
Paste the code into the panel that opens. ("WorkSheet" Module)
Alt-Q to quit the VBA Editor.
