Simple Macro Not Working, never failed before

I have gone to a new company with older Excel (2003) but when I went to create a simple macro just now I get a a mismatch error. Am I missing something simple here?

Filename = Application.GetOpenFilename("XLS Files(*.xls),", "Select Latest Received File")
If Filename = False Then
MsgBox "No file was selected"
Exit Sub
End If

The macro stops and highlights the second line and says mismatch error. I tried putting the False in parenthese but that did not work either. Can someone snap me out of this fog I seem to be in?

Thanks,
Bill

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
The problem is in the GetOpenFilename line, not the If Filename = line...

Try like this - notice the extra comma, you had the Title in the FilterIndex Section..

Filename = Application.GetOpenFilename("XLS Files(*.xls),", , "Select Latest Received File")
If Filename = False Then
MsgBox "No file was selected"
Exit Sub
End If

Hope this helps...
