I've been reading VBA and Macros and I've learned a lot from it. But, I've seen this code before but I don't know what it means.

What does "Dim" mean and do?

To declare a variable you use the keyword Dim, followed by the variable name. For example the following declares employeeName to be a variable:

Code:
Dim employeeName

This declares a variable as an Integer:

Code:
Dim K as Integer
