 Please Help!!

I am trying to create a simple timecard for my shop.

What I want to do is select my name from a drop down box or similiar and then select the week , and when they are selected, my timecard info will appear below for that week that was selected.

When I do select another week or names, i want their times to stay with their week.

I am confused on how to start this. I have downloaded alot of examples but they all contain start time and end times, when all i want is only total hours each day. Example; On monday I worked 8 hours regular and 2 hours OT.

Thanks for any help all of yee give me.

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
If you keep all your records of data all on one sheet you could set up a second sheet that you filter the data to show just the data you want. Or in help files, read about Filter... Then Advanced Filter. I used to use this for a Product Order Form to list out just the items ordered last month, or All purchases over 150.00, etc.

Hope this helps,
Michael

I want to be able to select a certain date range and only that weekly time card will appear for the week that i select. This is where i can enter hours. At this moment i have many sheets on the bottom of the workbook. One for each week. I currently have about 60 sheets on the bottom.
